[Slowly, she spells out five letters. She'd showed them to him once before, if he remembers - it's his name, C-L-I-N-T. But this time, she leaves a big enough gap between each letter for him to see them clearly, and imitate her if he wants.]
[ He pulls up his video - he's curled up with a very orange birdboy. He's still very much in pain, but he sucks it up and tries for her. He copies the letters slowly, as best he can. His hands can't exactly do a lot of finesse right now between the cold and the pain, but he tries.
